Customer Feedback
We like to get feedback from our groups, it helps us learn and grow, here are what some of our customers have had to say!
“We all had a fantastic time. Alyn was a great guide, I really can’t think of anything that can improve the quality of service it was perfect. We really appreciated how flexible Yeehaa was in accommodating our group and making changes to our itinerary at short notice”.
The canoeing trip was a lot of fun and Alyn’s advise on technique and knowledge of the area made the whole experience as easy as possible and really enjoyable.
The survival walk was really fascinating and inspiring, by the end of it we even had some hard nosed Londoners saying they would like to move to the country!!!
Thanks very much for an incredible time!!!
“We had a great time! I loved the fact that the activities were customised to suit our group and what we were doing. The preparation was good and the activities made both fun, challenging and engaging for all members of the group. The afternoon survival skills were a lot of fun and really brought the teams together. I couldn’t believe the price either – it meant more people were able to come on the weekend and celebrate the stag’s last days of freedom. We all had an amazing day.”
We feel the activities were pitched at just the right level for the majority of the young men (many of whom have never left London, let alone taken part in adventure based activities). Everything was great.
The cost of the day was extremely reasonable, and demonstrated great value. We will certainly use Yeehaa again, the next time we are visiting the forest of Dean and Gloucestershire.
The instructors (Alyn and Penny) were very professional (given the (delicate!) nature of our client group) and we found the booking process simple and organisation of the day excellent.
The Woodcraft folk said…
I think our experience with Yeehaa was as good as we could have hoped. What was invaluable for us was:
- Your flexibility regarding planning
- Your understanding of our differing abilities and varying needs (including special needs)
- Your appreciation of our aims and objectives and the non-traditional culture of Woodcraft
- Your fun and friendly approach
- Your depth of knowledge
In short, we would have no hesitation in recommending you to other Woodcraft groups. If you wanted to quote us, I would say:
“Yeehaa are brilliant at providing outdoor activities for a wide range of ages and abilities. We have worked with other outdoor companies in the past and Yeehaa stood head and shoulders above the rest!”
We were totally delighted with our ‘Forest Adventure Walk’. It was fun, interesting and generally deemed to be “cool” by all who took part.
When it came to the climbing and abseiling, Big Al was really impressive with the more nervous kids. There were several in a party of nine girls aged 7-12! And he gently coaxed them into doing things they were initially unsure about, as well as encouraging sharing, teamwork and general bravado.
We all loved learning about stuff you can eat in the forest and the scary dancing witches’ story, troll tales and bat cave were brilliant. Cooking marshmallows on a stove that we made ourselves was a definite highlight and everybody now wants a flint for Christmas!
At lunch later we overheard several of the kids saying that that was the best birthday party they’d ever been too!! Yeehaa!!.
